EXTRA ASPIRATION SYSTEM

  • Automatic operation: with this function, the hood will switch on at the most suitable speed, adapting the suction capacity to the maximum cooking level used in the cooking zones. When the cooking zones are switched off, the hood adapts its suction speed, progressively decreasing it, eliminating odors and residual vapors.
  • Adjustable and delayed self-switching off. This function allows you to programme delayed cooker hood shutdown which, in the shortest time possible, provides the right level of air purity in your kitchen.
  • Grease filter maintenance warning: Automatic warning to the user of the need to clean the metal filter that captures the grease. Correct cleaning of these filters guarantees the protection of the internal components of the hood and prevents the spread of bad odors generated by the fats captured over time..
  • Luminous warning for the regeneration of the Long Life ceramic anti-odour filter: the Long Life anti-odour filter, thanks to its 80% efficiency, captures all the odors present in the cooking fumes, guaranteeing pure air in your kitchen. It does not have to be replaced as frequently as a normal activated carbon filter, it can in fact be regenerated every 2-3 months, and in any case based on the frequency of use of the hood. To thermally regenerate the ceramic anti-odour filters, they must be placed in a domestic oven at 100°C for 2/3 hours. Correct regeneration ensures constant filtering efficiency for 5 years. The 4 cartridges containing the anti-odour filter can be easily removed from above after removing the flap.
  • Glass opening flap. Thanks to a sensor, it automatically switches off the suction when it is closed. It is easily removable for internal cleaning.
  • When the suction is not in operation, the closed flap prevents the accidental fall of food and other objects. It also prevents the release of unpleasant odors due to the deposit of grease retained by the filter over time.
  • The metal anti-grease filter and the grease drip tray can be easily removed and reinserted from above after having removed the glass flap. They can be washed in the dishwasher. 
  • Waterproof motor. The new patented water resistant motor avoids any breakage even in case of contact with it.
  • Residual water drain valve.
  • Adaptability and design freedom, the system can be adapted to any type of space thanks to the possibility of air outlet towards the floor or towards the wall.
  • Strategic position of the motor, the motor positioned directly under the glass ensures rapid installation and complete preservation of space in the base for the drawers.
  • Installation. It is possible to install the induction hob non-flush or flush uninterrupted on the top (filotop).
  • Duc out/Recycling, with a simple filtering kit (optional) the hood can be transformed from duct out (with pipes) to recycling (without pipes). The kit features Long Life technology (regenerable in the oven) and guarantees approximately 80% odor elimination. A filtering kit with Plasma technology is also available (optional) to ensure maximum elimination of odors (up to 95%), viruses spores bacteria (up to 99,9%) from the air.

  • Residual Heat Indicator: a safety system that signals the presence of heat on the surface after use. The “H” symbol warns that the area is still hot, helping to prevent accidental contact and ensuring total peace of mind in the kitchen.
  • Pause and Resume Function: allows you to temporarily pause cooking and later resume with the same settings. A practical solution that offers maximum freedom and control, even during the most dynamic cooking phases.
  • Pan Detection: the technology automatically recognizes the presence and size of the pan, activating the cooking zone only when necessary. An intelligent system that optimizes efficiency and ensures maximum safety.
  • Overheat Protection: an intelligent safety system that constantly monitors the temperature and automatically intervenes in case of overheating, ensuring reliability and long-lasting performance of the cooktop.
  • Child Lock: a safety function that temporarily disables the controls, preventing accidental changes and ensuring maximum peace of mind during everyday use.
  • Automatic Switch-Off Timer: each cooking zone is monitored by an automatic system that stops heat delivery after a maximum operating time, guaranteeing safety and protection even in case of forgetfulness.
  • Keep Warm Function: keeps dishes at the ideal serving temperature without continuing the cooking process, preserving taste and texture until it’s time to serve.
  • Rapid Automatic Heating: quickly brings the cooking zone to the desired temperature, speeding up preparation times without compromising precision and control.
  • Timer: allows precise setting of the cooking duration for each zone. When the selected time ends, the zone automatically switches off, ensuring perfect results without the need for constant supervision.
  • Chef Function: lets you cook like a professional by setting different power levels on adjacent zones. Simply move the pan, and cooking continues at the ideal temperature — for perfect control and a true chef experience.
